We Have Big Aspirations For Ansu Fati, Says Joan Laporta.

The youthful striker Ansu Fati will not be sold by Barcelona, according to club president Joan Laporta.

After a difficult few years, Ansu has avoided injuries this year, although he has had trouble earning consistent playing time in Xavi Hernandez’s team.

Rumors of a transfer to the Premier League have resulted from this, but Lapoarta claims the club retains trust in the Spain international.

He said on Thursday that “his agent (Jorge Mendes) has been here lately, but Ansu is a Barcelona player and we have a lot of hope put in him.”

We are not aware of any actions taken by the player.

Recently, Barça coach Xavi Hernández urged “patience” as Ansu continues to regain full fitness after a succession of unlucky injuries.
