Victor Osimhen, I Want To Be Like Drogba

The Didier Drogba of Chelsea is the player that Napoli striker Victor Osimhen aspires to be like.

Osimhen said that Didier Drogba is his football hero and added that as a youngster, he enjoyed watching the Ivorian star play.

The Nigerian international was interviewed by Sport1 and said,

“Didier Drogba is my sports hero.

As a child, I adored watching him play. I’ve always wished I could be like him.

Added him:

“We want to award the victory to Napoli supporters. There is absolutely no way to adequately express the level of football fanaticism here.

Osimhem has performed well for Napoli so far this year.

The 24-year-old has four goals in the Champions League after scoring a brace against Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday. He is presently the leading scorer in Serie A.
