Graham Potter, the manager of Chelsea, has acknowledged that he cannot always depend on Todd Boehly’s backing.

Potter made his remarks after Sunday’s 2-0 loss for the Blues against Tottenham Hotspur.

Chelsea now sits in the bottom half of the Premier League standings after the loss.

After choosing Potter to succeed Thomas Tuchel in September, Boehly has supported him.

Yet with only two victories in their last 15, the former Brighton manager is under a lot of strain.
