Arsenal Manager Arteta: “Aubameyang Can Score Goals”
|The Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has the potential to score in the next Premier League clash on Sunday, according to Mikel Arteta, the head coach of Arsenal.
Aubameyang will score whenever he gets the ball, according to Arteta, and he will do so until he chooses to stop playing football.
The Spaniard said that he would need to come up with a strategy to prevent Aubameyang from scoring this weekend when the Gunners visit Stamford Bridge.
Aubameyang, who transferred from Barcelona to Chelsea in the offseason, was iced by Arteta last season, which caused his early release from the team as a free agent.
Arteta discussed the danger Aubameyang posed following Arsenal’s Europa League victory against FC Zurich on Thursday.
If Auba has one skill, it’s the capacity to score goals, and Arteta told the club’s official website that Auba would continue to do so until the day he decided he had had enough of football.
Arteta said when asked how he intended to stop Aubameyang:
We must first consider Chelsea’s actions before attempting to devise a strategy to prevent them.
