One of the prominent names on the roster of athletes who will be traveling to Qatar with Morocco is Chelsea midfielder Hakim Ziyech.
After falling out of favor in Halilhodzic’s estimation of the national team, the winger first made the decision to quit the squad.
Following the inclusion of Nayef Aguerd of West Ham United, Morocco will now have another seasoned player in their squad. Before facing Belgium and Canada, the North African team’s first game is against the runners-up from last year, Croatia.
