Former Barcelona And Arsenal Midfielder, Villarreal Topping The Competition

Denis Suarez, a midfielder for Celta Vigo, is an ideal target for Villarreal.

The 28-year-old midfielder’s career has been interesting, but upon returning to his club, Celta, Suarez had settled down and was playing some of his finest games.

However, a disagreement between his organization and Celta Vigo turned into one between President Carlos Mourino and Suarez. Mourino sent Suarez to the stands this season after making many vehement comments throughout the previous season.

Both parties said that the other was the one making unreasonable conditions in order to prevent a shift. Suarez has been working out by himself all year.

According to Javi Mata Gil, Villarreal is currently considering a trade for Suarez this winter. Celta may be open to letting him depart in the next window as his contract just has six months remaining. He will be joining the Yellow Submarine for the next season in some capacity.

There, Suarez spent the 2015–16 season on loan, and President Fernando Roig is one of his biggest fans. Suarez wants to come back, too, although Villarreal aren’t the only team interested in signing him.

Suarez would perfectly fit Quique Setien’s playing style if he were in charge. If Suarez can get healthy and return to his old form, he may offer Villarreal another gear since he is capable of making incisive passes and managing the game’s pace.
