Alex Iwobi Is Desperate To Renew His Agreement With Everton

Alex Iwobi, a Nigerian midfielder, has said he would want to sign a new deal with Premier League team Everton.

Iwobi’s current contract with the Toffees expires in 2024, and negotiations for a new one have already begun between the parties.

According to reports, Everton wants the 26-year-old to sign a brand-new five-year deal.

The ex-Arsenal star has said that continuing to play at Goodison Park is still his first aim.

“With this club, I aim to win as many things as I can. The club was and still is tremendously ambitious, which is why I came here. Iwobi said to the ECHO, “I’d prefer to remain.

Iwobi, along with Vitali Mykolenko, James Tarkowski, and Demarai Gray, are the only four players to have started each of Everton’s 13 games this season in the Premier League.

He has one goal and six assists to his credit.
