Roosemont clarified that a few Nigerians arrive in Belgium lawfully, whereas others come through the Mediterranean Ocean, including that refuge is decided based on the Geneva Tradition, and financial thought processes are not considered substantial reasons for refuge.
“Some have come to Belgium by legitimate implies whereas others came through the Mediterranean Ocean.
“Once in Belgium, they apply for Refuge, but this makes small sense. Refuge is decided on the premise of the Geneva Tradition and financial thought processes are not included”, he said
