Woman Joyful 15 Years After Selling Property She Purchased For N1.5M For N90M

A Nigerian lady is presently ecstatic because the value of the land she bought 15 years ago has increased to N90 million.

The old lady, who looked to be speaking to her children in the TikTok video, stated that she paid N1.5 million for the property when it was still just a farm and had not yet been developed.

The land is now worth N90 million, making her a sizable profit of N88.5 million after 15 years.

She said,

“I spent 1.5 million on a piece of land; if you’d like, I will show you the receipt from 15 years ago. At the moment, it is being sold for 90 million. I purchased a property that belonged to someone. There was maize and a variety of other stuff. I saw ridges. I was the one who got rid of them.
