Over 7, 000 Borno IDPS Get Food And Other Supplies From A Foundation.

Over 7,000 internally displaced people (IDPs) in Borno State have received food, beverages, and other supplies from the T 200 Foundation.

At the Christian Association in Nigeria (CAN) EYN IDP camp in Maiduguri, the state capital, there are 4, 195 children between the ages of 0-five and five to 17, 1, 555 women, and 2, 250 men among the fed displaced.

The Executive Director, Emmanuel Osadebay, said that “We’re feeding hungry persons living in IDP camps in the Northeast” while distributing food, beverages, and other relief supplies yesterday in Maiduguri. He added that the displaced people had been living in the camps for more than eight years without enough food to end their hunger.

He continued by saying that the Foundation also awards funding to assist neighborhood services, such as food and housing for IDPs impacted by the state’s more than a decade-long conflict.

Our goal, he stated, was to cooperate in helping those who were most in need of food and shelter.

Speaking about the IDP kids, he added that those who excel in remembering the 26 alphabets, counting from one to one hundred, and current events are given bundled presents that include food, beverages, biscuits, and chocolates.
