Okowa Is Southern Nigeria’s Judas Iscariot, according to Omo-Agege

Ifeanyi Okowa, the governor of Delta State, is the “Judas-Iscariot” of the state, according to deputy senate president Ovie Omo-Agege.

The assertion was made by Omo-Agege during a speech at the All Progressives Congress presidential/governorship campaign flag-off on Saturday at the Warri Township Stadium.

He reaffirmed that the people of Delta State are favorable to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC presidential candidate.

Judas Iscariot was the lone traitor among Jesus Christ’s twelve followers, according to Omo-Agege.

He said that Governor Okowa’s run for vice president was a “ill-fated” endeavor.

He asserts that Okowa, unlike Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus Christ, has refrained from committing political suicide.

He urged Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential candidate, to remove Okowa off his ticket.

He said that the Niger Delta’s Delta State is reputed to be one of its wealthiest states.

He said, “Despite its natural endowment, particularly with the federation account, 13%derivation, and other receipts, there is nothing to demonstrate in a manner consistent with its endowment.”

Omo-Agege emphasized that Delta State’s Warri has developed into the Keke capital’s administrative center.

He emphasized that despite the wealth, many are suffering and want the narrative to be altered.
