If I’m elected president of Nigeria, I’ll put an end to Boko Haram, Atiku promises
|If elected to rule Nigeria in 2023, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has pledged to completely destroy Boko Haram.
At the PDP gathering, the former vice president made a pledge in Gombe.
“I’ll destroy Boko Haram. Boko Haram doesn’t exist. Boko Haram has been destroyed in Adamawa.
What’s to stop us from carrying out the same action in Borno, Yobe, or anyplace else in this nation?
He asked.
This government would create highways that link the North-East, the frontline flagbearer said.
A PDP administration, according to Atiku, will generate money and employment, despite his admission that his promises cannot be kept in the absence of peace.
The candidate made a suggestion that he would ensure that the entire North-East received access to the electricity generated by the Dakin-Kowa Dam.
Atiku promised supporters that his administration would increase farming productivity so that those working in the industry could do so both during the wet and dry seasons.
