The worst opponent you can face is Man City.

Graham Potter, manager of Chelsea, has referred to Manchester City as the “worst opponent” you could face when your club is struggling.

In the third round of the FA Cup on Sunday, City destroyed the Blues 4-0.

Their most recent victory against Potter’s team was their second in as many days after they overcame Chelsea 1-0 at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.

Chelsea is now in 10th place in the Premier League after winning just one of their past seven games overall.

Following the contest, Potter stated:

“When things aren’t going well, this opponent is perhaps the worst one to play.

Because of their outstanding positional organization, which makes use of the whole field, keeps the ball, and makes it tough for you to apply any pressure to them, “they can make it appear like you’re not running, like you’re not trying.”
