Conte had surgery to remove his gallbladder last week after becoming unwell, and he is already back in his own country.

He continued to recover following the procedure in Turin on Saturday night, and it is anticipated that he won’t play in the match on Sunday.

For the time being, it is believed that Conte will return to London at the beginning of the next week, if he has received permission from his doctor to do so, in order to oversee the team’s preparations for the match against Leicester on next Saturday.
