Chelsea Will Start Negotiating To Get Joao Felix

This summer, a permanent transfer to Premier League powerhouse Chelsea seems to be getting closer.

Since moving to Madrid from Benfica in 2019, the Portuguese international has failed to maintain a regular starting position in Diego Simeone’s plans.

Felix signed a six-month, £11 million loan deal with Chelsea in January, although there was no buy provision in the contract between the two teams.
