Barcelona And The Wonderkid From Argentina Are In Advanced Negotiations.

Excellent youthful talent is in plenty in South America; in recent years, players like Vinicius Junior and Enzo Fernandez have emerged from the region. Endrick, a 16-year-old who has already said that he will join Real Madrid next summer, is the newest prominent talent to emerge.

Barcelona is apparently interested in Vitor Roque, a Brazilian wonderkid who is being watched closely by the club. They have their eyes on a different up-and-coming star in Argentina as well, however.

Lucas Roman’s transfer to Argentina’s second division team Ferro Carril Oeste is reportedly the subject of negotiations, according to TyC Sports and Diario AS. The 18-year-old attacker is well-liked in his native country, and Barca is reportedly in advanced negotiations for his move.

According to Mundo Ascenso, a trade for Roman would only cost €1.2 million, with Ferro Carril Oeste keeping a 15% sell-on fee. Roman would join Rafael Marquez’s Barcelona B club.
