Varane’s reaction to Cristiano Ronaldo’s interview with Man United players
|Raphael Varane, a defender for France, claims that all of the players are “affected” by the circumstances surrounding his team, Manchester United, and teammate Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo claimed he feels “betrayed” by the team, doesn’t respect manager Erik ten Hag, and is being ejected in snippets of a television interview.
After “all the facts have been proven,” United indicated they will think about responding.
Varane said to the French radio station Europe1 that “it affects us obviously.”
“We pay attention to what is said and done.
“We try to diffuse the situation in our own unique way while without becoming too engaged. The events taking place in the major clubs are becoming more popular.
“We try to take it with distance, that is, we do not try to change the situation alone, we are part of a collective,” said the author. “When it’s a star like Ronaldo, even more, so.”
