“Messi Is The Best, World Cup or No World Cup”

According to Spanish superstar Andres Iniesta, Lionel Messi is the best player and was a “deserved champion” in Qatar, “with or without the World Cup.”

Argentina overcame France on penalties to win their third World Cup championship overall, and Messi finally received the trophy that had evaded him throughout his whole career.

The 35-year-old captain of Argentina, who set a record by earning Player of the Tournament twice, was instrumental in Qatar, scoring twice in a dramatic championship game.

The World Cup winner’s former Barcelona teammate Andres Iniesta has spoken on the debate over whether Messi’s accomplishments make him the best footballer of all time among fans, players, former stars, and the rest of the world.

Iniesta, who gave Spain the victory against Holland in the 2010 World Cup championship game, told Marca that Messi didn’t need to win the tournament for him to be regarded as the greatest. He is the best, World Cup or no World Cup.

And I believe that the person who did not believe it before to him winning the World Cup will continue to come up with a reason not to abandon the notion of him.

But in any event, I believe that he and Argentina as a whole have earned the title entirely.

By his own performance in competition. He dealt with the additional pressure that came with starting to lose the first game. He is the deserving champion, in my opinion.
