It was Chelsea’s first loss in three games across all competitions since 2002.

In the second half, Joe Willock scored to give the home team the win and move them up to third place in the Premier League standings.

Chelsea is now sixth in the standings going into the World Cup break after the loss. They currently trail Tottenham, which is in fourth position, by eight points.
