Chelsea in talks to sell Milan striker Lukaku to highest bidder

The 29-year-old signed a loan agreement with Inter last summer for only £6.7 million, and Chelsea has verbally agreed to let the Serie A team borrow him again on the same conditions the following year. However, they ultimately want to find new suitors in order to recover as much money as they can.
