Arsenal Head Coach, Arteta to Face Penalty from English FA (See Why)

Richard Keys, a football analyst, has asked the FA to punish Mikel Arteta for his unprofessional behavior on the touchline following his team’s victory against Chelsea in the Premier League match on Sunday.

At Stamford Bridge, Arsenal defeated Chelsea by a score of 1-0.

The Gunners defeated the Blues by a score of 1-0 in the second half thanks to a goal from Gabriel Magalhaes.

With 13 games played, Arteta’s team has a two-point advantage over second-place Manchester City thanks to the victory, which enabled Arsenal to keep the top spot in the Premier League standings.

But during the match, Arteta was often observed emerging from his technical area while Graham Potter, his Chelsea counterpart, stayed entrenched inside.

Keys asked the FA to punish Arteta harshly by posting a photo of the former Manchester City assistant coach outside his technical area.

On Twitter, he wrote:

“@FA PGMOL, why is this permitted every week? The whole game, Arteta has been bouncing up and down, completely outside of his technical zone. The fourth (official) is watching as Potter is in his. Take action against this individual.
