Police Free A Victim After Apprehending Three Alleged Kidnappers.

Three alleged kidnappers were detained, according to the Rivers State Police Command, by its agents in the state’s Obelle village in the Emohua Council. The suspects, identified as Worlu Ekene, 25, Vicent Sunday, 25, Mohammed Oluwasegun, 20, and Ekene Micheal, 29, of Eliozu, were said to have abducted a Bolt driver at Mile 4 of the Obio-Akpor council of the state.

 

Richard Uchechukwu, the youth president of the Obelle Community, and Charles Martins, the head security officer, said that people of the neighborhood apprehended the kidnappers as they were transporting their victim.

 

The victim was confined there after being kidnapped from Mile 4 in the Obio-Akpor council, according to Uchechukwu, who said they followed the kidnappers to an incomplete structure in Umuchukwuta village in the Obelle community.
