One Person Perishes In Kaduna After Celebrating An Electoral Triumph.

As Kaduna citizens came out in excitement on Monday night to celebrate the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) early lead in the weekend’s gubernatorial elections, one person was thought dead.

Prior to the Independent National Election Commission’s official pronouncement of Senator Uba Sani as the election’s victor, there were celebrations in certain areas of Barnawa, Sabon Tasha, Narayi, Ungwan Boro, Ungwan Sunday, and other villages around Kaduna Central and Southern region.

At the Jaruwa crossroads on the Yakowa new road, a youngster died as a result of the mistaken enthusiasm.

The youngster was reportedly struck by a moving car, according to an eyewitness.

According to the Guardian research, several locals entertained friends with beverages using their few resources before realizing that the PDP gubernatorial candidate had not been proclaimed the winner.
