Origi might be crucial for AC Milan this year, according to Mudingayi

Gaby Mudingayi, a former Lazio midfielder, believes AC Milan must be patient with Divock Origi.

The Liverpool summer hire has struggled with fitness and form so far.

Mudingayi, a fellow Belgian, though, told TMW: “There are moments of insertion and knowledge when you move leagues and countries. Because there are so many things to solve, you cannot immediately be prepared.

“You must pick up the language, take in the game concepts, respond to the new coach’s questions, and maybe even adjust to a new diet.

“Origi has nevertheless found his place and will demonstrate once again the positive traits shown with Liverpool in the Premier League. Can he make decisions? Certainly. If Milan has signed him, it is because they believe he will contribute to the team’s present and future.”
