Nnamdi Kanu Cries Out While in DSS Custody Regarding Southeast Attacks
|Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB leader, has expressed regret for the recent wave of assaults in the Southeast.
Kanu expressed sorrow and vehemently denounced the atrocities that occurred in the Southeast.
During a normal meeting with Aloy Ejimakor, his special counsel, and several members of his legal team, he revealed this.
The head of IPOB also expressed his condolences to the assault victims.
In a tweet, Ejimakor writes:
“Update: Today, I visited with #MNK. He learned about the several assaults that have occurred over the last few days in Southeast, including the one that occurred in my hometown, with great regret.
On his behalf, he requested me to “strongly denounce the acts and extend his condolences to all the victims.”
Attacks on Southeast neighborhoods, marketplaces, and government buildings have recently been carried out by unidentified gunmen.
These unidentified gunmen invaded Ejimakor’s hometown in Imo State over the weekend.
In the meanwhile, gunmen had repeatedly stormed the INEC headquarters in Imo State.
