Islamic Education Done Right Will Decrease Crime, Says Borno Governor Zulum

Professor Banbagana Zulum, the governor of Borno State, has urged Zamfara State residents to help efforts to eradicate insecurity in the area.

In his opening comments as the host of the 37th national Quranic recitation competition in Gusau, Zulum made the appeal and said that several state administrations had inherited security issues.

Even the coronavirus epidemic, according to him, devastated both the overall economic structure of the nation as well as that of numerous states.

It is also abundantly obvious that Governor Matawalle inherited the insecurity and made every effort to improve it.

He emphasized that the majority of crimes are committed by young people and that a lack of good Islamic teaching contributes to the rise in social vices.
