I have never lost an election, says Tinubu

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APCpresidential )’s candidate, said he has never lost an election since entering partisan politics.

This was said by the APC candidate in response to Babachir Lawal, a former SGF, who had made a comment about the party’s same-faith presidential ticket.

Tinubu’s chances of winning the 2023 presidential election were recently diminished by Lawal, who claimed that he could not do so with a Muslim-Muslim ticket.

The former governor dismissed the former SGF’s claims that the APC nominee ignored northern Nigerian Christians by choosing a Muslim running mate as merely conjecture.

Speaking through the APC Presidential Campaign Council’s Director of Media and Publicity, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu declared that he would win the election with the help of the APC and President Muhammadu Buhari.

“Simple speculations, ludicrous projections. Never having been on the ballot, Asiwaju has never lost an election.

“With 22 states controlled by the APC and the support of the current President, Aswáj is poised to win by a wide margin.

Instead of opining on the results of the election, let Babachir Lawal first address the conflict within his rebel group.
