NEWS FLASH: Former Chelsea Manager Tuchel Is Set To Join Tottenham

If manager Antonio Conte departs the team in the near future, Thomas Tuchel, a former head coach at Chelsea, would be interested in the Tottenham Hotspur position, according to the Evening Standard.

After a string of disappointing performances and results, particularly their 2-0 loss to Arsenal in the Premier League rivalry on Sunday, Conte’s status at Tottenham has come under fire.

Even when his contract with Tottenham ends at the conclusion of the current campaign, the former Inter Milan manager has continually refused to commit to the club.

Spurs may, however, force a 12-month extension of Conte’s contract.

Tuchel is unemployed after being fired by Chelsea in September of last year.

While the German is now taking a sabbatical from football, he is now prepared to return to management and is open to suggestions from top teams.
