Bukayo Saka’s Pay to Rise at Arsenal

Bukayo Saka, an Arsenal winger, is about to agree to a long-term contract extension with the team.

The UK Sun reports that he would get four times his present pay under his new contract, making him the highest-paid player for the Gunners.

In the summer of 2024, Saka’s existing contract was set to end.

He is now close to extending his term with the Emirates through to 2028, however.

Saka has scored 12 Premier League goals this season as Arsenal has maintained their league-leading position the whole time.

He presently makes £70,000 per week, but that amount is expected to soar to £300,000 per week.

With that deal, Saka would overtake Gabriel Jesus, who joined the team from Manchester City this summer and now earns £250,000 per week, as the player with the highest salary at the club.
