Portugal’s World Cup roster is unveiled, and Ronaldo is chosen for his fifth appearance.

Cristiano Ronaldo was chosen for Portugal’s 26-man team for Qatar, and will now attempt to win the World Cup for a fifth time.

The team led by manager Fernando Santos includes 10 players from the Premier League, including the Manchester United striker.

Club teammates Bruno Fernandes and Diogo Dalot, as well as Bernardo Silva, Ruben Dias, and Joao Cancelo of Manchester City, are all on the list.

Jose Sa, Matheus Nunes, and Ruben Neves of Wolves, as well as Joao Palhinha of Fulham, are more players from the Premier League.

While three Wolves stars made the team, an equal number were left off.

Joao Moutinho, a veteran of Portugal, along with fellow internationals Nelson Semedo and Goncalo Guedes were left off the roster.

Diogo Jota of Liverpool, who has been sidelined with a calf injury suffered during their 1-0 victory over Manchester City last month, is the most notable absence from the squad.

Ronaldo was a member of the Euro 2016 team that won their first international match, and the 37-year-old is probably out of chances to win the World Cup.

Play November 24, they take on Ghana to open their competition in a group with Uruguay and South Korea.
