In preparation for a possible January transfer, Liverpool is watching the Ghanaian international at the World Cup in Qatar.
The Black Stars’ opening 3-2 loss to Portugal, in which Kudus, who has previously said he “loves the game” of Thiago Alcantara, made his tournament debut with an assist, was attended by scouts from the Reds, according to Sports World Ghana.
This season, Kudus has cemented himself as Alfred Schreuder’s first choice for Ajax. He has made 21 appearances in all competitions and scored an impressive 10 goals.
As Ajax and the Reds squared off at Anfield in the Champions League group stages once again, he had an effect there as well, scoring a powerful equalizer in front of the Kop.
