PSG have confirmed the signing of former Man Utd player Ander Herrera. The Spanish midfielder has signed a five-year contract with the club until 30 June 2024.
The 29-year-old, who spent five seasons with the Red Devils after arriving from Athletic Bilbao, won the FA Cup, EFL Cup and Europa League during his stay at Old Trafford.
Herrera made 189 appearances for the Red Devils, notching 20 goals and 27 assists. The midfielder also put in a man of match performance for Man Utd’s 2017 Europa League Final victory, having previously reached the final with Athletic Bilbao in 2012.
He was released by the club at the end of the 2018-19 campaign and will now ply his trade with the Ligue 1 champions from next season. He will wear the number 21 on his Rouge et Bleu jersey.
