Obaseki Said It Is Giving Staff Members The Tools They Need For Effective Service.

Anthony Okungbowa, the Head of Service (HoS) for Edo State, said that the Governor Godwin Obaseki administration’s ongoing reforms in the state’s civil and public service are intended to provide employees the necessary skills to provide the people with high-quality services.

The Head of Service reportedly said in the statement that the government was pursuing comprehensive reform of the bureaucratic system, updating infrastructure, and educating workers to be able to operate at their best and support state growth.

This was said by Okungbowa when he accepted the Award of Integrity and Stewardship from the non-governmental organization Advocacy for Peace and Values Reorientation, which promotes peace and good governance in Nigeria.

He said that the 21st century requires all civil and public servants to have the necessary abilities to comply with technologically driven work ethics and that the government was making crucial efforts to guarantee that employees in the state could compete with their peers across the world.
