Adebule Triumphs In The Sanwo-olu Voting Unit.

Dr. Idiat Adebule, the newly elected senator from the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Lagos West, made a speech at Polling Unit 029, Iba in Ojo in support of Segun Ege and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

APC received 115 votes, placing the Labour Party (LP) candidate in a distant second place with 57 votes. The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) received seven votes, placing it in third place overall.

According to the results from the House of Assembly, the APC received 113 votes, the Labour Party 52 votes, and the PDP only seven votes.

She expressed her gratitude to the party loyal and the electorate for their support.

She believes that more voter involvement in the election process is necessary.

Nonetheless, she applauded the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the ad hoc officials’ prompt presence.

The senator-elect said that the election was an improvement over the February 25 Presidential and National Assembly elections while speaking at Polling Unit 029 Iba, where she and her husband, Alhaji Saheed Adebule, cast their ballots.

I must admit, so far, it’s been easy, she remarked. Election officials arrived early enough to start the process. I commend the commission.

She criticized the claim that thugs prevent individuals from practicing their constitutional rights.

“The Iba Local Government Area is experiencing a peaceful election, but I’m not sure how things are going elsewhere. There is no intimidation or harassment here, as you can see, she remarked.

She expressed confidence that her party, the APC, will prevail.

“I anticipate that my party will prevail in the governor and assembly elections. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, our governor, would triumph because of everything that he has accomplished for the state’s citizens.

“We appreciate what he did, and we want him to keep going in that direction and help more people in the state, particularly in the Iba region. We anticipate him providing us with the greatest infrastructure possible since we need further growth.
