Four alleged members of a kidnapping gang who allegedly kidnapped the wife of a well-known businessman from the Rivers eight months ago have been detained.

They were taken into custody by members of the Nigeria Police Force Intelligence Bureau FIB-Intelligence IRT’s Response Team.

Mrs. Hussana Adamu was traveling to drop her kids off at school when she was ambushed by armed kidnappers near the Casablanca Club in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

As a cloud of dust billowed, they dragged her out of her car and forced her into their working vehicle.

A week later, upon the payment of the N20 million ransom, she was freed.

Acting on reliable information, a team led by DCP Tunji Disu detained four of the suspects: ThankGod Bariledun, 36; Nwasaneo Goodluck, 34; Victor Nwidee, 29; and Isiaka Hamidu, 30, who are all from Rivers State’s Khana Local Government Area.

Isiaka Hamidu, the main suspect, admitted during questioning that he invited other members of the dianabol the steroid syndicate to kidnap Mrs. Adamu. Hamidu sells parrots and peacocks in Port Harcourt.

He said that it took him a few days to gather the essential information on her, particularly her activities and timing, before he invited them.

He added that he kidnapped the woman to exact revenge on her husband, Musa Ahmad, who is born in Maiduguri, Borno state but now resides in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, for allegedly mistreating his younger brother.
