I no longer take pleasure in life; I am just waiting for my time.

Aminu Alhassan Dantata, a wealthy businessman and philanthropist from Nigeria, has acknowledged that he no longer enjoys life and that he is looking forward to an honest death.

When Dantata met Kashim Shettima, the vice presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress (APC), he disclosed this.

The businessman continued by saying that, since he was young, he had the chance to meet many individuals and form friendships in every state in Nigeria, but he can scarcely identify 10 of them who are still alive.

“I have visited every state in Nigeria and have interacted with individuals from all of them; many of them were friends, but tragically, of everyone I know, I can scarcely name more than ten who are still living,” he stated.

“To be quite honest, I’m simply waiting for my moment to come. Life is no longer fun for me. I’m hoping to leave this earth on good terms.

“I really hope I never offended anybody. I really hope that everyone I insulted would find it in their hearts to forgive me. I have pardoned anybody who has wronged me.

I now live with my grandkids as my family’s lone surviving member.

Dantata wished Nigeria eternal peace and harmony while expressing her gratitude and excitement for the visit.

He prayed, “May God not allow us to rely alone on our own efforts; we ask for his ongoing direction and protection.”
