Dr Anu Of Medcontour Arrested, Charged To Court

Doctor Anu Felix, owner of cosmetic surgery outfit in Lagos, MedContour has allegedly been arrested and charged to court by the Federal Government.

The Doctor has been accused of carrying out a botched cosmetic surgery that led to the death of one Mrs. Nneka Miriam Barbra Onwuzuligbo.

There were other complaints from some clients of the clinic including social media influencer, Omotola Taiwo popularly known as @Omohtee12.

It would be recalled that the clinic was sealed by Federal Competitive and Consumer Protective Commission (FCCPC) in May over alleged lack of professionalism and competence.

This occurred following complaint from Omohtee about a daily cosmetic surgery that almost took her life.

According to the FCCPC, there was sufficient probable cause to inquire into the consumer protection aspects of the representations and services of Med Contour and its operatives.
