Joe Biden Gifts Vladimir Putin $300 Aviators & $3200 Crystal American Bison (Pix

President Joe Biden presented Russian President Vladimir Putin with a pair of his trademark aviator sunglasses and a bison sculpture as part of their summit in Geneva, Switzerland Wednesday.

The White House said Biden gifted Putin a crystal sculpture of an American Bison that was created by Steuben Glass of New York.

The company’s website says the ‘eye-catching piece’ is a new release and retails for $3,200.

It’s nine and a half inches long and just six inches tall.

It comes with an optional cherry base for $195, which the White House purchased as part of Putin’s present, saying it’s ‘symbolic of our nation’s first president, George Washington.’

Putin’s bison includes a custom engraved plaque commemorating the first meeting between the two leaders.

‘In 1933, Steuben created a prismatic crystal formula that could capture, reflect and refract light unlike anything else in the world. Since that moment, Steuben crystal has illuminated everything it touches, casting light on the joys of everyday life,’ the company’s website says.

The aviators were made in Massachusetts by the company Randolph USA, which has been outfitting the American military with a special HGU-4/P Aviator for fighter pilots since 1978.

Since then they have provided aviators to the U.S. military and to NATO partners, the. White House pointed out.

NATO was formed after World War II as a deterrent against German and Soviet aggression.

The authentic military aviators on Randolph USA’s website go for between $219 and $309.

The White House has yet to say if Putin presented Biden with any gifts.
