|Three police officers were killed in Port Harcourt on Thursday while performing escort duties, according to the Rivers State Police Command.
Around 3 o’clock in the afternoon, some thugs abducted a victim on the Rumuokoro flyover and took valuables along with an undisclosed sum of money.
The hoodlums in military garb were reportedly lurking at the intersection as they awaited their prey, according to eyewitnesses.
When confirming the incident, SP Grace Iringe-Koko of the Rivers State Police Command said that the police were still gathering information to determine the specifics of the attack.
She said that an oil executive was the abduction victim.
